Clinton, Utah Film Festival 2013

The Clinton City Community Arts Board will be hosting a short-film festival during Clinton Heritage Days in 2013. Filmmakers of all skill levels are invited to apply. Official rules will be forthcoming, but here is a basic outline of the rules:

1. To be considered, each film must be no longer than three (3) minutes long.
2. Each film must be provided on a DVD or CD in Quicktime Format (.dv).
3. The Arts Board will choose a theme for the festival and a prize will be awarded for best use of the theme.
4. Films selected as finalists will be shown on the main stage at Clinton Heritage Days on either Wednesday July 10, Thursday July 11, or Friday July 12 after Clinton Idol. Turnout at Clinton Idol has been very good in the past, so we anticipate a large audience for the films.
5. Only family-friendly films will be considered.
